Digital Product Licence
One business, with permission to adapt the included material for its own work and client projects.
Access
This model applies to Vislora kits when available. No current kit is available to order. A future purchasing business may give access only to staff and contractors who need the material for authorised projects. The business must ensure they follow the licence and do not retain use outside the authorised work.
Client projects
Edited elements may be incorporated into an agreed client design or development output, for the client to use within that output. This does not permit handing over the source kit as a reusable standalone library or give the client an independent right to extract and distribute it.
Excluded resources
No Figma or FigJam subscription, third-party software or paid resource is included unless expressly listed in the version inventory. Actual account, plan, compatibility and board-transfer requirements must be confirmed before an order. Individual reviews and customisation are separate services.
Licence grant
Full payment for an available, identified kit grants one purchasing business a non-exclusive licence to edit and use the included materials in its own and client design or development projects, subject to these restrictions. Permission applies to the inventory in that order, without transferring ownership or unrestricted sublicensing rights.
Ownership
Copyright stays with VISLORA PRODUCT CONSTRUCTS LTD or the relevant rights holders. Retain notices accompanying permitted third-party material as its terms require. Custom project intellectual property arrangements are set out expressly in their proposals and are separate from this licence.
Permitted editing
Adjust layouts, replace content and modify included components within an authorised project. Review the result for your product and audience. Design files are not production software and include no implementation, hosting or live integrations. They do not promise market success or replace technical assessment.
Redistribution
Do not resell, publish, share, redistribute or sublicense the kit as a standalone template, library or source collection, or use it for a competing derivative template product. Minor source changes do not remove these restrictions. Staff and contractor access is confined to the purchasing business’s permitted work.
Returned kits
A refund ends the affected kit’s licence. Stop use, delete copies and remove access from anyone who received it through you. Write to us to discuss how this applies to an existing project. Delivery & Refunds explains remedies; mandatory rights continue to apply.
Version and included materials
Before a future purchase, the order information identifies the offered version, actual file inventory, access requirements and licence terms. Only that listed material is included. There is no current tested version number, automatic update commitment or lifetime supply promise. Asking about a release does not place an order.
