Privacy Policy
How we handle information shared in an enquiry, a project or a support conversation.
Controller
VISLORA PRODUCT CONSTRUCTS LTD is responsible for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17196179. Our registered office is 82A James Carter Road Mildenhall IP28 7DE. Write to irynahetma@zohomail.eu about this policy or your information.
Contact information
When you email us, we use your name, reply address and correspondence to respond and keep the conversation connected. Project material may contain business contact details. Share only information you are authorised to provide; avoid sensitive information or identifiable customer records.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no localStorage or sessionStorage. We have not added analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts are served with the site. Interface examples keep choices only in temporary browser memory; reloading clears them. There is no account, upload or enquiry form. Your email app handles messages you choose to send.
Data we receive
Information comes directly from your emails, authorised project material and correspondence used to agree or administer work. If an order is agreed, records may include proposals, acceptance, invoices and payment confirmations. Do not email payment card details. Hosting and security systems may produce technical request logs, including IP addresses, request times and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site.
International processing
Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, as applicable. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Legal bases
We use information to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform an agreed contract. Our legitimate interests are answering business enquiries, administering projects and protecting the site against misuse, taking account of your rights. Applicable accounting and record duties provide a legal-obligation basis for relevant records. If a use requires consent, we ask separately.
Providing information
An enquiry needs a reply address and enough detail to understand the request. An order needs customer identification and information required to agree the work and issue documents. Without it we may be unable to respond meaningfully or perform the agreement. No information is required through the website examples.
Recipients
Information is accessible as needed to people handling the enquiry or agreed work and to providers by function: hosting, email, agreed file delivery and professional accounting or legal support. A future payment arrangement may involve a payment service identified before use. We share only what is relevant and may disclose records where the law requires it. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence while the request is active and for a proportionate follow-up period where further discussion is reasonably expected. Project and order records are retained for administration, applicable accounting duties and the establishment or defence of claims. We review necessity when those purposes end and delete or anonymise material no longer needed. Technical logs are retained only for service operation, security investigation and applicable duties; the hosting arrangement determines the relevant log controls.
Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must be retained for legal duties or claims. Email us to exercise a right; proportionate identity verification may be needed. Raise concerns with us first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, at ico.org.uk.
Security and decisions
We limit access to the information needed for the task and use appropriate organisational and technical measures. No system removes every risk. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Updates
Changes appear on this page with a revised date. Where a material change affects an ongoing relationship and needs direct explanation, we provide it through the relevant correspondence.
Revised 30 October 2026
