Vislora / Business handbook
Terms of Service
The written agreement connects your product brief to the design work and files we supply.
Revised 30 October 2026
Agreement
VISLORA PRODUCT CONSTRUCTS LTD, company number 17196179, registered in England and Wales, provides services under the Vislora brand. Our registered office is 82A James Carter Road Mildenhall IP28 7DE; our email is irynahetma@zohomail.eu. We primarily serve business customers. An enquiry opens a discussion. We clarify the assignment, issue a written proposal and, after written acceptance, confirm the order. Work begins after the initial payment and required materials are received.
Applicable law
The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. If you act as a consumer, your mandatory home-country protections remain unaffected.
Changes
The accepted version governs your order. Website updates apply prospectively and do not silently change an existing agreement. Changes to work, timing or payment require written agreement.
Client materials
You must have permission to supply content, brand assets and references and authorise their use for the work. Provide accurate instructions and consolidated feedback. Use synthetic data where possible; do not send credentials, payment card details or unnecessary personal records. Identify restrictions affecting your material before work begins.
Complaints
Email your invoice reference and a description of the issue. We aim for a first substantive reply within two working days, rather than promising every issue will be resolved in that period. We explain the proposed next step and connect any remedy to the agreed scope.
Delivery
Your proposal specifies formats, stages, reviews and delivery method. Agreed final files and notes follow within two working days of final-preview approval and final payment. Working days are Monday–Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales. See Delivery & Refunds for missing material, cancellations and remedies.
Design services
Services cover Product Prototyping, UI Layout Structuring, Interaction & User Flow Design, and Concept Alignment & Handover. Outputs may include wireframes, interface layouts, connected Figma models, flow diagrams, components, editable sources and notes. Full application development, backend engineering and production deployment are outside the core service. A prototype models an experience; it does not guarantee demand, feasibility or commercial outcomes. Research and facilitated testing require express scope.
Ending a project
A business customer may end the work by written notice. Before work starts, we refund payments less only previously agreed external costs actually incurred and not recoverable. Afterwards, we describe and value completed work against the agreed stages and refund the unperformed part. If either party cannot continue, we agree a written close-out accounting for work done, agreed non-recoverable costs and undelivered amounts. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The proposal expressly defines usage rights, editable-source arrangements and third-party resources for custom work. File supply does not itself promise unrestricted transfer of every right. You retain rights in your supplied materials. Kits use the separate Digital Product Licence, rather than the individual project’s rights arrangement.
Liability
We carry out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. The prototype’s purpose and limits follow the scope; implementation and subsequent product decisions need their own assessment. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment and currency
Prices are agreed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and mandatory charges are disclosed within the total before payment. We take no payment on this website and promise no particular payment method; the quote and invoice state the available method. Standard services use 50% initially and 50% after final-preview approval, before editable-file handover. A larger project may use a different staged split agreed in writing before payment. Never email payment card details.
Revisions
Standard proposals include two consolidated revision rounds within scope. Additional requirements are priced and accepted before extra work starts. Confirmed departures from the brief are corrected separately, without consuming ordinary rounds or becoming chargeable additions.
Scope
The proposal defines the design question, screens and states, exclusions, formats, schedule, revisions, total price and milestones. Device adaptations, a complete design system, research and ongoing support need express inclusion. Ongoing work has separately agreed tasks or periods, without automatic renewal or unlimited service.
Supporting kits
The catalogue is currently planned and unavailable to order. This order model’s ready-kit clause applies only once a tested kit becomes available: Orders are arranged by email. Before you pay, we confirm the scope or kit contents, total price, delivery method and applicable terms. Services follow agreed payment milestones; ready-made kits are paid in full before delivery. A future kit order identifies the tested version, file inventory, compatibility and licence before acceptance.
