We begin with the decision your team needs to explore. Your outline, intended users and existing material help us define a useful boundary. The written proposal records the selected outputs, exclusions and review arrangements.

Organise the route

Structure the Idea

We identify the priority task, map its path and list the screens and alternative states it needs. Reviewing this structure gives your team a chance to resolve missing steps before detailed layouts are connected.

Review the connected screens

Build the Prototype

The agreed screens become a connected design model. You review the journey against the brief and return consolidated feedback. We make the included changes while keeping new requirements separate from the accepted scope.

Release the agreed files

Deliver the Model

Once the final preview is approved and payment is complete, we assemble the specified source files and design notes. The handover records what is supplied and the agreed access arrangements for your team.

From enquiry to a working agreement.

The design stages sit within a separate order and approval process. Your written agreement makes the responsibilities on both sides explicit.

Send the outline. Describe the concept, selected journey and the design materials you need.
Clarify the assignment. We discuss open questions and prepare a written proposal with scope, exclusions, formats, schedule, two consolidated revision rounds, total price and payment milestones.
Accept in writing. Your acceptance is followed by our order confirmation, so the agreed version is clear.
Provide the starting material and initial payment. Work begins after the agreed initial payment and required materials are in place.
Review and approve. We share the agreed previews, handle the included review rounds and ask for approval of the final preview.
Complete payment and receive the handover. Editable files follow approval and the final balance, under the delivery arrangements agreed for the project.

Include the way back.

A return route affects more than the connector. The earlier screen may need to retain a selection, explain a change or let someone revise it. Recording that behaviour helps define the states the prototype should show.

The inputs that keep work focused.

A short product outline, target users, priority tasks, any existing screens and the brand materials you are authorised to share.

Send links or files you have permission to use. Keep credentials, financial details and identifiable customer records out of the material; synthetic examples are enough to discuss a design structure.

Nominate a way to consolidate feedback within your team so each review expresses one considered set of decisions.

Review the brief, then the changes.

Two consolidated revision rounds are included in a standard service proposal. Additional scope is priced and agreed before that work begins.

If the work departs from the agreed brief, we address that separately. Correcting confirmed nonconformities does not use an ordinary revision round or turn the correction into a paid addition.

Payment and release

Approval precedes editable-file supply.

The standard service split is 50% initially and 50% after final-preview approval, before handover. A larger assignment may use a different staged split agreed in writing before payment.

Final formats and access arrangements are specified in the proposal. Editable files are delivered after approval and final payment.

Agreed final files and notes are supplied within two working days of both conditions being met. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales; earlier stages follow your project schedule.
